1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Traveller India Private Limited (“Traveller India”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “Customer”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
User: Any individual or entity accessing the platform or making a booking
Service: Hotel accommodation booking and related facilitation services
Service Provider: Third-party hotel, property, or accommodation provider
3. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information while booking.
Traveller India reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if information provided is false or misleading.
4. Role of Traveller India
Traveller India acts only as a booking facilitator.
We do not own, operate, or control any hotel or accommodation listed on the platform. All services are provided directly by the respective Service Providers and are subject to their terms and policies.
5. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings must be made through Traveller India’s official website, app, or authorized channels only.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.
Users are responsible for reviewing booking details immediately upon confirmation.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed are subject to availability, seasonality, and hotel policies.
Taxes, service charges, and government levies apply as per applicable laws.
Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI through official payment gateways only.
Traveller India does not accept cash payments or payments to personal accounts.
7. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are governed by the hotel’s cancellation and refund policy.
Traveller India processes refunds only after receiving the refundable amount from the hotel.
Convenience fees and applicable service fees are non-refundable.

8. Hotel Stay & Guest Responsibility
Room types, amenities, and special requests are subject to availability and hotel discretion.
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and associated costs.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
Upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
Violation may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of Traveller India and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Traveller India is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of hotels or Service Providers.
Liability is limited strictly to the facilitation of confirmed bookings.
Traveller India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
User data is collected only for booking and service purposes and shared with Service Providers and payment gateways as required.
Payment information is processed securely and is not stored by Traveller India.

13. Amendments
Traveller India reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
