PACKAGE POLICY – KL TOUR

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• A minimum 30–50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance payment must be completed 7–14 days before arrival.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Inclusions

• 2 Nights stay in 3★ hotel (twin sharing basis)
• 6 Hours Kuala Lumpur City Tour with KL Tower Entry
• Genting Highlands & Batu Caves tour with 2-way cable car
• Airport pick-up & drop-off (private/shared basis)

3. Exclusions

• Air tickets / Visa charges
• Personal expenses (laundry, minibar, tips, etc.)
• Optional tours or activities not mentioned
• Early check-in / late check-out charges
• Travel insurance

(These are standard exclusions in tour packages and typically not included in base pricing.)

4. Cancellation Policy

• Once booking is confirmed, advance payment is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 7 days of travel may incur 100% charges.
• No refund for no-show or unused services.

5. Amendment Policy

• Any changes are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply for modifications.
• No amendments allowed within 3–7 days before travel.

6. Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in: 03:00 PM
• Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability & extra cost

7. Transportation & Tours

• All tours are conducted on SIC (Seat-In-Coach) / Private basis as per itinerary
• Timing may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions

8. Important Notes

• Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from travel date
• Guests must carry valid ID during tours
• The company is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure conditions
